Board Meeting @ Caroll Daniel Building
April 22 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
1. The Board Meeting will be held on April 22, 2024 (Monday)
2. At the Caroll Daniel Building 3rd Floor Conference Room At 5PM
4. Should last about an hour and those who wish can run over to Kelly’s Tavern and Grill for a quick bite afterwards if interested.

Ø Replacement for Charles on the Board

§ Appoint a member to the board.
· Three volunteers: Chuck Severt, Larry Dunn and Roger McQueen

Ø Board Member to lead Nomination Committee (please come with recommendations)
o Recommendation for At Large members for Nominating committee (please come with recommendations)
Ø Do we stay NCCC Club or go find out our own insurance?
