19th annual Highlands NC Motoring Festival
June 11 @ 8:00 am - June 14 @ 5:00 pm
We had 30 members attend. 21 came overnight Friday. We had 17 Corvettes come.
We will park at the Art Gallery at 521 N. 4th street in Highlands NC. Put a sheet of paper with Lanier Corvettes written in black marker. Put it on your dash to not be towed away.
Make your hotel reservation ASAP. Do not book online as most sites have a NO cancellation!

As of May 11 when Harry called the hotel they have 10 double Queen bed rooms available and 12 more rooms. King rooms have been sold out since mid-April.

Dinner is at El Charro Mexican Grill – 201 Highlands Rd. Franklin NC. 5:30 PM – I hope they can accommodate all 27+ of us but at separate tables.
Highlands NC is at 4118 Elevation – The Height of Happiness. Come discover the beauty and artistry of exquisit machines in the setting of western NC mountain in the resort village of Highlands NC.
Premier marque is Corvette 1989 or older. This years theme is American vs British (Corvette vs Jaguar).
The car show is Saturday June 13. After hotel breakfast we caravan up to Highland Village and park together at the Art Gallery.

The centerpiece event of the festival is Saturday’s concours level judged showing of invited classics. The 2026 featured theme is American verses England….Corvette verses Jaguar.
All pre-1989 makes and models are eligible to apply for invitation. This event is free for both spectators and participants, but donations are appreciated.
Registration to show your car opened January 12, 2026 at above link. They except about 100 cars allowed.
