LCU Board Meeting
September 22, 2025 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Board and Directors meeting at 5:30 PM. There are several key important topics to vote on. One is if we will confirm to leave NCCC. If yes then also via the finance committee suggestions decide what our new 2026 dues amounts should be.
Need to determine if anyone is desiring to leave their club position and if so the Board needs to recommend replacements, or someone might want to step into a different position. Need to have finalized for club November voting.
Also come January 2026 we can no longer meet at the Carroll Daniel’s building. Dave Cirincione has identified another location at North Hall Gainesville for $40 total for 2 hours each month. There is a potential at an Oakwood church for possibly free. Need more info on the Church room opportunity. Bottom line we want some direction from this Sep 22 meeting to know what to proceed on so we can commit to a new location by December.
