DESCRIPTION:First I hope all have weathered this storm with minimal damage or issues!  It was rough but nearly as bad here as it was in other places including flooding in the Atlanta basin. \nOur Picnic is this Saturday September 28th starting at 3PM and ending at ??.  No plans to cancel! \nIt is being help at Betsy and Bernie’s home \nThe plans are to move forward with the picnic.  The weather forecast for Saturday is sunny with very low chance of showers.  In fact appears rain will stop here in the next few hours. \nThe club is providing: \nHamburgers\, Hot Dogs\, Buns\, Condiments\, plates\, utensils\, cups\, ice\, and water \nPlease bring: \nØ  Chairs \nØ  Beverage of your choice \nØ  Something to share (Appetizer\, side\, salad\, desert) \nIf you have any questions\, please email me or text me \nSee you all tomorrow! \n\nFred \n\n\n\n\n\nIf not attending no action needed.\n\nTight now we have 36 who have RSVP’d.\n\n\n\nHelp with Directing Parking (2)\nCooks – we will have three cook surfaces (2)\nSetup and tear down   (3)\n\nIF you can help with any of these please let me know ASAP.
