DESCRIPTION:3rd annual GSRA run event July 12. Registration ended June 1. SOLD OUT\n\nLCU has12 people 9 cars registered to go.\nFletcher\, McQeen\, Thompson\, Frey\, Cirincione\, Petrangeli\, Daniel (2)\, Taylor (2)\, Robles (2)\n*****\nPer Fred we will get 2 meet up points determined for those wanting to caravan to their start point in Cartersville GA.\n*****\nCartersville GA. Meet 8:30 AM at 60 Etowah Spring Road Cartersville\, Ga 30120. Run will go 60 miles from Cartersville GA ending in Cartersville at the Savoy Museum.\n*****\n\n\nThe proceeds from the event will go to the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes\, and the event will be filmed for airing on the Sam’s Garage television program to be aired on national television.\n\nReduced price entry ends April 30 at $75 per car. Add $40 for additional companion meals. Then $100 to June 1. Registration ends either at 150 cars or June 1.The entire route is sanctioned by Sheriff’s escort. David Riser\n\n\n3rd Annual GSRA Collector Car Appreciation Day Event Details: \nDate – Saturday 7/12/25\nTime – 8:30am – 3:00pm\nEvent pricing – Early Registration paid prior to 4/30/25 is $75 per car.. Registration paid between 5/1/25 – 6/1/25 is $100 per car. The deadline for registering for the event is 6/1/25. \nPlease note that you will be provided with your admission ticket\, meal ticket\, decal\, event t-shirt\, and goody bag when you sign-in on 7/12/25.\nThe proceeds from the event will again go to the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes\, and the event will be filmed for airing on the Sam’s Garage television program to be aired on national television.  \nEach vehicle registration will include the Sheriff’s escorted cruise\, admission (for one) to the Savoy Automobile Museum (Savoy)\, a box lunch (including drink)\, a goody bag\, one event decal\, one event t-shirt\, a raffle ticket\, coffee\, doughnuts\, and water.  Additional museum tickets\, meal tickets\, and event T-shirts can be purchased at additional cost. Additional museum admission tickets and meal tickets cost $40 per person\, and additional T-shirts can be purchased (pre-order only) for $25 each. \nThis is a rain or shine event and is limited to the first 150 cars with completed/paid registration. The event sign-in location is 60 Etowah Spring Road Cartersville\, Ga 30120\, home of the very popular Ridz by the River car shows. \nSign-in will take place from 8:30am – 10:15am\, coffee\, doughnuts\, and water will be available for all participants. \nThe Sheriff’s escorted cruise will start at 10:30am and will end at the Savoy Automobile Museum (Savoy) located at 3 Savoy Lane\, Cartersville\, Ga.  30120.  The route (to be determined) will be approximately 60 miles long and will travel on scenic country backroads in Bartow County.  We will arrive at the Savoy at noon. \nAt the Savoy\, we will be parked in a designated area and have use of their covered pavilion from noon until 3:00 pm.  The closing ceremonies will be held in the Savoy theater\, and will include raffles\, door prizes\, and a few surprises. \nSpectators are encouraged\, and we plan on having additional spectator activities ongoing outside during the 3 hours that we are at the Savoy. \nIn addition\, each registration includes admission to Savoy Museum on Friday evening 7/11/25 from 7:00pm – 8:30pm for their scheduled movie night showing of the movie Corvette Summer.  \nYOU NEED TO E-MAIL GSRA VP DAVID RISER (vicepresident@gsra.com) BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS JUNE 1\, 2025 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE FRIDAY NIGHT ACTIVITIES AND FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
